Job summary

Kingman Unified School District 20 Information Technology is seeking a Computer Technician to provide front-line support across district campuses. You will install, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer hardware and software, manage networks, and train users in educational technologies.

Under supervision, you will maintain security compliance, document work in ticketing systems, and assist with inventory and hardware maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.
• Preferred: Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems or two years of college coursework in IT, information technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support across multiple district campuses.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Train users in educational and informational technologies.
• Maintain data and device security and inventory control.
• Document work using enterprise ticketing systems.
• Assist with systemic IT tasks as assigned.
