Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Floating Community Manager to oversee operations across assigned apartment communities in Dallas. You will supervise leasing and maintenance, lead onsite teams, and ensure resident satisfaction while adhering to budgets and company standards.

The role requires multi-family property management experience and strong leadership. Travel between communities is required, with a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and some evenings to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Experience with affordable housing is preferred.
• Onesite software familiarity is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Travel between assigned communities to provide management coverage and maintain consistency.
• Analyze performance and develop monthly marketing plans.
• Train, motivate and supervise on-site staff and provide orientation.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high resident standards.
• Assist in preparation of budgets and adherence to them.
• Complete month-end and year-end reporting as required.
• Provide narrative of budget variances +/- 10% per line item.
• Ensure property operations comply with regulatory requirements.
