Job summary

Vista Management is seeking a Community Manager in Dallas to lead day-to-day operations of a multi-family apartment community. You will drive NOI through budget stewardship, leasing strategy, and staff leadership while ensuring a quality resident experience.

Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, maintaining occupancy, and reporting to the Regional Manager. Proficiency in Yardi and related tools is expected, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year property management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and OSHA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community and budget adherence.
• Supervise on-site staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Maintain high occupancy and monitor market conditions and rents.
• Manage leasing processes and ensure accurate data entry in Yardi.
• Prepare weekly operational reports with Regional Manager.
