RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at one of our apartment communities in Tyler, TX. The role requires strong resident relations, leadership of property staff, and the ability to train, lead, and collaborate with HR and maintenance teams.

The successful candidate will manage leasing processes, budgeting, and financial reporting while driving occupancy, retention, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsabilités

• Leads property staff, conducting candidate interviews, onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and annual assessments.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team-building to boost morale.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting and report budget variances within ±10%.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints and requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt responses to service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service maintaining high standards for resident service.
• Analyze market trends and partner with marketing on leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow eviction procedures and assist with court proceedings as needed.
• Manage client/owner relationships by meetings, tours, updates, and responding to requests.
