Vista Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for an apartment community in Dallas, TX. You will supervise on-site staff, manage budgets, and work to increase net operating income while maintaining the physical asset and residents’ living environment.

Responsibilities include leasing, tenant relations, inspections, rent collection, vendor coordination, and compliance with Fair Housing laws. Strong leadership and Yardi experience preferred; typical schedule may include weekends/evenings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-year property management experience.
• Experience with property operations, budgets, and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, Tenant-Landlord laws, and OSHA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise on-site staff and manage employment lifecycle.
• Maintain high occupancy through leasing, renewals, and market awareness.
• Review and approve invoices; monitor expenses and budgets.
