Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of property management experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ResMan property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the property while ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain understanding of Texas Apartment Application, leasing procedures, and lease documents.
• Partner with HR and Regional Directors to manage the full employee lifecycle for on-site staff.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop and manage operational budgets.
• Ensure timely rent collection and accurate posting of payments; oversee eviction process when needed.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and contractors and manage schedules and compliance.
• Ensure lease files are complete and properly executed.
• Oversee office operations and ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Submit regular reports to the Regional Director.
