Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for Route Service Representatives across multiple routes. You will load, transport, and unload clean garments and products, ensuring timely service to customers along established routes.

You will develop proficiency on multiple routes, support new account installations, and assist RSRs. Maintain safety, handle invoicing, and inventory checks while delivering strong customer service every day.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT compliance with a physical exam.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products along established routes.
• Safely load, transport, and unload items; collect used garments for return.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage invoices and conduct inventory checks; uphold vehicle safety.
