Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in on delivery routes when RSRS are unavailable. You will load, transport, and unload garments and products to customers along established routes while maintaining service quality and timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes customer service, route proficiency, and safety. You will work on a day shift with opportunities to collaborate with Service and Management teams and to contribute to upsell and relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work independently
• Proven time management and adaptability on changing routes
• Comfortable learning new technologies and using dispatch tools

Responsibilities

• Cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes
• Manage invoices and conduct inventory checks for route
• Maintain vehicle safety and appearance
• Follow safety standards and traffic laws and collaborate with teams
