Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in on delivery routes when associates are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, load and unload garments, and ensure timely service while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to meet DOT requirements.
• Experience in customer service or route delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver garments and products to customers on mapped routes.
• Cover routes when RSRs are unavailable and learn multiple routes.
• Load/unload items, collect used items, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain vehicle safety and perform basic inventory/audit checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with customers and leadership.
