Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in on delivery routes when RSRS are unavailable. You will load, transport, and deliver garments and products to customer sites along established routes while maintaining quality service and safety standards.

You will support route installations, upsell opportunities, and liaise with location leadership to relay customer feedback. A valid driver's license and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods.
• Comfort with learning new technologies to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Cover routes for Route Service Representatives to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers, load/unload, and collect used items.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teams to support new account installations and route changes.
• Manage invoices and conduct routine route-related audits and safety checks.
