Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for Route Service Representatives across multiple routes. You will deliver garments and products, load and unload, and keep customers satisfied through proactive service and clear communication.

Responsibilities include route proficiency, invoice management, inventory audits, and supporting new installations. A valid license and good driving record are required for a weekdays schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or military service) required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; 21+ years old.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple routes and customer specifics to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes; collect used items for return.
• Provide excellent customer service with proactive communication.
• Resolve customer requests independently and maintain satisfaction.
• Manage invoices, perform inventory audits, and keep vehicle clean and safe.
• Follow safety policies and traffic laws at all times.
• Support new account installations and rerouting efforts; assist RSRs on routes.
• Communicate customer feedback and market insights to location leadership.
