Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will load, transport, and unload garments and products to customers on established routes, ensuring timely, accurate service and maintaining customer relationships.

Ideal candidates will be proactive, agile, and enjoy variety; responsibilities include route support, invoicing, inventory checks, and safe driving practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver garments and products to customers on established routes.
• Develop proficiency across multiple routes and know customer specifics.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer requests independently with problem-solving skills.
• Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory checks, and maintain vehicle safety.
