Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in on delivery routes when RS rs are unavailable. You will deliver garments and products, load and unload items, and ensure timely service to customers along established routes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. DOT compliance and strong customer service skills are essential.

• DOT physical exam and compliance required
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes
• Load and unload items safely; collect used garments for return
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage invoices, conduct basic inventory checks and maintain vehicle appearance
• Follow safety rules and company policies on the road
• Coordinate with service and management teams for route support and installations
