Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead oncology initiatives in Delaware, covering Wilmington, New Castle, Dover and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires 25% travel and reports to the Senior District Manager.

You will build physician and hospital relationships, translate clinical data into patient-focused engagements, and ensure compliant, high-integrity interactions while pursuing brand objectives across Multiple Myeloma.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech.
Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
Strong account management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to develop strategic territory plans and execute with discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators.
Translate clinical concepts into clear, compelling points for customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution.
Maintain high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction.
