Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead a Delaware territory from a field-based location. You will work with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, and administrators to advance Multiple Myeloma objectives while ensuring compliant, patient-focused engagements.

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, you will translate strategy into territory plans, analyze data, and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable business impact. Travel to accounts will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles quickly.
• Competitive selling skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel by air or car as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and admins.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements with deep scientific knowledge.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights.
