Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead our field-based oncology portfolio in Delaware and surrounding areas. You will build trusted partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses and administrators, translating scientific data into compelling clinical value and driving territory plans aligned with brand objectives.

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, you will execute comprehensive territory plans, collaborate across functions to deliver coordinated customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel by car/air.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution.
