Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive for the Milwaukee, WI area. This field-based role requires living near the territory and traveling to surrounding communities to drive Multiple Myeloma initiatives and patient outcomes.

You will lead territory planning, build partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and administrators, and translate clinical concepts into clear, customer-focused engagements while ensuring compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably Multiple Myeloma.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to pass health care credentialing processes including background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel by air or car as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, admins.
• Demonstrate deep clinical and business expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and analytics.
