Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech or related field.
• Oncology/hematology experience preferred, especially Multiple Myeloma.
• Ability to take on larger roles quickly and work in a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel by air or car as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution.
