Townsquare Media Group is seeking experienced Account Executives in Texarkana for a full-time, in-office sales role. You will build and manage a book of business, bring in new clients, and maintain lasting relationships across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You will leverage data-driven insights, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored marketing strategies. A proven sales track record, drive, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
