Job summary

WVLT-TV/Gray Media in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Multimedia Executive to sell our three television stations and a suite of digital products. This full-time role focuses on building and closing cross-platform campaigns, creating recaps, and growing both TV and digital accounts.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of broadcast sales experience, a 4-year college degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and a drive to succeed in a commission-based

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of broadcast television or related sales experience.
A 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
Customer-service oriented, self-motivated, with strong local contacts, excellent computer knowledge, and outstanding written and verbal presentation skills in a commission-based environment.
Must have a good driving record.
Spanish speaking is a preference.

Responsibilities

Build, present, sell, and execute cross-platform advertising campaigns.
Create client recaps, demonstrating delivery and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Maintain and sell existing TV and digital accounts.
Prospect and sell new business, using television and digital products.
Work collaboratively with other departments and within a sales team on station projects.
