Job summary

Gray Media in the Hartford-area market seeks a seasoned Multimedia Sales Executive to drive advertising sales across broadcast and digital platforms, including streaming and OTT/CTV. You will generate new business, nurture client relationships, and deliver integrated campaigns.

Ideal candidates have proven media sales success, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work with agencies. Competitive base plus commission with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in media sales, preferably digital advertising and broadcast television.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and prospecting.
• Knowledge of OTT/CTV, programmatic, social, and display advertising.
• Understanding of transactional broadcast sales and agency relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and manage advertising campaigns across broadcast television and digital platforms including streaming and social.
• Prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships delivering measurable results.
• Present compelling proposals to local businesses and agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft integrated marketing solutions.
• Frequently meet or exceed revenue and new business targets.
