Qualifications

• Proven experience in media sales, preferably digital advertising and broadcast television.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and prospecting.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms including OTT/CTV, programmatic, social, and display advertising.
• Strong understanding of transactional broadcast sales and agency relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute to a winning sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Sell and manage advertising campaigns across broadcast television and digital platforms, including streaming, OTT/CTV, social, display, video, and other digital marketing solutions
• Prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while delivering exceptional service and results
• Manage transactional broadcast business with agencies and direct clients
• Develop strategic, integrated marketing solutions that help clients achieve measurable business results
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to local businesses and advertising agencies
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, digital strategy, and production
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and new business targets
• Stay informed on industry trends, media consumption, and digital marketing innovations
