Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking an Account Executive in Dubuque to lead the full sales cycle for local businesses. You’ll build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

In this in-office role, you’ll collaborate with leadership, meet aggressive targets, and participate in ongoing training to advance your career in a fast-paced media company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness; exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
