Townsquare Media Group is seeking a results-driven Multi-Media Account Executive in Illinois. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building a book of business, acquiring new clients, and maintaining long-term relationships across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You will collaborate with market leadership to exceed sales goals and drive client ROI. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales, a proven track record, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
