Townsquare Media Group in Dubuque, IA, is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive. This full-time, in-office role focuses on consultative sales, relationship building, and helping local businesses grow through broadcast, digital, and programmatic solutions.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new business, work with internal teams on campaigns, and strive to surpass sales goals. A 2+ year sales background and strong communication are required; BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
