Townsquare Media Group is hiring a Multi-Media Account Executive in Rockford, IL. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building and managing a book of business, bringing in new clients while nurturing existing accounts.

You will conduct needs assessments, present tailored marketing strategies, and promote a full portfolio including broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships. A strong closer with 2+ years in sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
