Job summary

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Confirmation Specialist to support in-home consultation scheduling across multiple markets. You will help keep the appointment calendar accurate and ensure customers are prepared for visits.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls to verify details, coordinate with Sales Consultants, and perform data entry across several platforms. A professional, friendly demeanor and 2+ years of data entry experience are required.

Qualifications

• Call center experience is required.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly demeanor.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications.
• At least 2 years of data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate appointment schedules across multiple markets.
• Ensure customers are prepared for scheduled visits.
• Manage and update calendars to keep scheduling accurate.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to verify details.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants across markets.
