Job summary

Esler Companies is seeking a skilled Confirmation Specialist to support in-home consultation scheduling across multiple markets. The role focuses on maintaining accurate appointment calendars, preparing customers for visits, and coordinating with Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth scheduling process.

Ideal candidates will have call center experience, strong communication skills, and at least two years of data entry experience.

Qualifications

• Prior Call Center experience is required.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly demeanor.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications.
• At least 2 years of data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in keeping the appointment schedule accurate and on track across multiple markets.
• Ensure customers are fully prepared for their scheduled visits.
• Manage and update calendars to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to verify details.
• Communicate and coordinate with Sales Consultants across multiple markets.
• Perform accurate data entry across several platforms.
• Follow up on canceled or rescheduled leads to maximize appointment success.
