Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Inside Sales Center Confirmation Agent in Florida to convert calls and inquiries into qualified appointments. You will manage calendars, confirm appointments, and support sales consultants while handling inquiries and outbound outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of Sales & Marketing experience.
• 1+ year of Customer Service & professional phone etiquette experience.
• Experience in Home Improvement or appointment setting is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using dual computer screens.
• Proficient with computers and typing at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team calendar, ensuring it stays filled with qualified appointments and monitors for same-day appointments, confirmations, and cancellations.
• Complete all appointment confirmations daily within the established time frame.
• Provide prompt support to sales consultants by responding to inquiries related to scheduled appointments.
• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from homeowners.
• Place outbound calls to potential clients and past customers to generate leads.
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction accurately.
• Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in products and services.
• Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service with urgency and professionalism.

The Inside Sales Center Confirmation Agent assists our team in maximizing the conversion rate of incoming calls, leads, and inquiries into scheduled appointments. You will ensure our calendar is filled with qualified appointments and that each appointment is confirmed within a set time frame. You will also work closely with our team of sales consultants, handling all incoming calls and inquiries.

• Complete all appointment confirmations daily within the established time frame to maintain an accurate and reliable schedule.
• Provide prompt support to sales consultants by quickly responding to any inquiries related to their scheduled appointments.
• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries.
• Place outbound calls to potential clients and previous customers to generate additional leads.
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately.
• Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services.
• Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience
• At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience
• Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens
• Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
