Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant who will travel up to 75% to cover multiple multifamily communities. You will manage leads, conduct tours, close leases, and guide applicants from inquiry to move‑in, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and occupancy goals.

The role requires 2–3 years of leasing or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment such as property management, hospitality, retail, or related industry.
• 2–3 years of leasing experience within the multifamily property management industry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communities and guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move‑in.
• Gen­erate new leases by communicating features, pricing, and community benefits; conduct engaging tours that convert prospects to applicants.
• Actively manage leads in the CRM, coordinate with onsite teams, and complete leasing paperwork accurately and on time.
• Travel up to 75% to support locations, provide flexible leasing coverage, and maintain strong occupancy and revenue goals.
