Brookfield Properties in Washington, DC is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing across multiple multifamily communities. This role travels up to 75% to cover staffing gaps, conduct tours, close leases, and deliver consistent resident experiences.

You will collaborate with onsite teams, manage leads in CRM/Yardi, and drive occupancy through proactive prospect engagement and strong sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in Customer Service, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–3 years of general sales and customer service experience with sales goals.
• 2–3 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management.
• Valid driver's license required for travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Conduct property tours, present offerings, and close leases to meet targets.
• Manage leasing processes and documentation in the CRM/Yardi system.
• Travel up to 75% to support multiple communities and assist staffing needs.
