Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to support multiple communities across the designated market, delivering exceptional resident service and leasing performance. You’ll travel between properties, lease apartments, and coordinate renewals while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in business or related field, 1+ year leasing or B2B sales experience, strong marketing and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field
• 1+ years of multi-family leasing or 1+ years in B2B selling
• Strong marketing and creativity skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Yardi Voyager preferred

Responsibilities

• Effectively lease apartments and sell properties, products and services in accordance with budget guidelines
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and competitors, and conduct outside marketing activities
• Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident with all documents as indicated
• Ensure the condition of leased apartments before move-in including final inspection and walk-through with resident
• Follow up with residents and coordinate lease renewals
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and meet their needs
• Regular attendance and punctuality
