The role travels up to 75%, handling leads, tours, and leases from inquiry to move-in, while collaborating with onsite teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, sales-driven, and capable of quickly learning new communities, markets, and leasing strategies, with strong customer-service focus and CRM

Qualifications

• 2–3 years: General sales and customer service experience toward sales goals.
• 2–3 years: Previous leasing experience in multifamily property management.
• Valid driver's license; travel between assigned communities required.
• Reliable transportation to travel between communities; willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents across multiple communities.
• Generate new leases by communicating features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
• Actively manage leasing process from lead to move-in in the CRM system.
• Travel up to 75% across communities to support occupancy and leasing velocity.
• Assist with tours, applications, screenings, and move-in coordination.
