Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to interface with prospective residents across multiple properties within a designated market.

You will handle day-to-day issues for current residents, coordinate renewals, and provide outstanding service while working across several sites. The role involves traveling between properties, leasing apartments, and maintaining product knowledge of the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family leasing or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow Fair Housing standards and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and promote properties within budget guidelines.
• Coordinate renewals and maintain resident relationships.
• Perform site visits and ensure apartment readiness before move-in.
• Handle inquiries from prospects and residents with excellent service.
• Travel between properties in the market as needed.
