Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing performance across multiple multifamily communities in an assigned market. The role travels up to 75% to provide flexible leasing coverage, engage prospects, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.

You will partner with onsite teams to manage leads, conduct tours, close leases, and guide applicants from inquiry through move-in, requiring adaptability, self-motivation, and sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales and customer service experience.
• 2-3 years leasing experience in multifamily.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents across multiple communities.
• Conduct engaging property tours and close leases.
• Manage leads, applications, and move-ins via CRM.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through strategic leasing.
• Travel to assigned communities up to 75% as required.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and managers.
