Job summary

Xevera Careers is seeking a proactive Customer Support Associate to ensure excellent service across live chat, phone and email channels for existing clients. Remote work from your home city is allowed, with potential relocation to the Southeast Asia support office after 2–3 months.

You will handle requests, escalate when needed via Salesforce or Jira, verify documents, and contribute to KPI targets while building a positive company image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process client requests via live chat, phone and email with accuracy.
• Escalate issues to specialists using Salesforce or Jira.
• Update clients on request status and communicate clearly.
• Verify documents submitted by clients in region-specific contexts.
• Prepare and interpret reports with accurate details.
• Attend company seminars and meet assessment targets; achieve quarterly KPI goals.
