Job summary

respond.io is seeking a Technical Customer Support specialist (EMEA - Arabic Speaker). You will be the go-to for technical clarifications, ensure customer satisfaction, and support multi-channel inquiries.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Customer, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to resolve complex issues. You will work in a fast-paced, global team, bring strong communication in Arabic and English, and help customers effectively leverage our SaaS platform, including API integrations

Qualifications

2+ years in a Customer Support role (SaaS or IT preferred).
Excellent Arabic and English communication; ability to understand customer inquiries.
Ability to explain complex ideas clearly, verbally and in writing.
High empathy and teamwork; willingness to learn and take on challenges.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality support to customers of our SaaS product.
Respond to varied technical business solutions in a team environment via shared inbox.
Resolve inquiries quickly with understanding of product value and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose solutions and improve processes.
Assist customers to self-serve and navigate on-demand resources.
Provide support across channels including chat and video calls.
