Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to mirror client brand voice & engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent spelling & grammar; language tests may be given for final candidates.
• Follow clear guidelines and workflows; strong organizational skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong digital communities for brands and manage conversations.
• Interact with users in real-time, answer questions and troubleshoot discussions.
• Mirror voice/tone of multiple brands and maintain brand consistency.
• Support project-based work schedules, including flexible hours.
• Collaborate with the team to align on guidelines and workflows.
