Job summary

Social Factor is expanding its team to include project-based, temporary, or part-time moderators with strong language experience. The role involves building and managing digital communities for top brands, across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, X, and Instagram.

A mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts is possible, with preference for candidates familiar with live stream moderation. We welcome native-language proficiency in multiple languages and expect excellent verbal and written

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple brands.
• Ability to mirror voice and tone of different brands.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture digital communities for well-known brands as work becomes available.
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and guiding discussions.
• Moderate live streams when required and follow brand guidelines.
• Adhere to client voice, tone, and moderation policies across platforms.
