Qualifications

• Active medical coding certification required.
• ICD-10 coding experience essential.
• US-based healthcare coding/ CDI role experience preferred.
• Fluent English plus advanced proficiency in another language (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and coding integrity.
• Evaluate AI-generated notes against coding standards.
• Provide structured feedback to engineering/product teams.
