This role is remote and part-time, requiring at least 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active certification — CCDS/CHC/CCS/CPC
• ICD-10 coding experience
• Currently working in medical coding or related field
• US-based
• Advanced proficiency in a second language (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and coding integrity
• Evaluate AI-generated notes against standards and real-world docs
• Annotate documentation and provide structured feedback to teams
