Holtzman Corp. is seeking an Office Generalist to join our team.

This role offers cross-training in multiple office functions and supports several departments as needed, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills and growing within the company. The position provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, data entry, and client services while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Office, administrative, accounting, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with various office functions across multiple departments
• Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, account reconciliations, and inventory tracking
• Enter and maintain accurate data and process invoices and other office documents
• Provide administrative support, answer phones, and assist customers
• Serve as backup coverage for office staff and help with special projects as needed
