Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED is a plus; working knowledge of HVAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and assist with apartment make-readies.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions to Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Follow established preventive maintenance programs per BH guidelines.
