LSA Management is seeking a skilled Multifamily Service Technician to support maintenance operations across apartment communities, complete service requests, and ensure resident satisfaction through reliable upkeep.

The role requires EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred), a valid driver''s license, and 2+ years of maintenance experience, with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs. Preference for CAMT/Certifications and multifamily experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and perform preventive maintenance.

• Support unit turns and inspect community assets.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
