Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to support maintenance and repair work at our Jacksonville, FL properties. This onsite role focuses on HVAC and appliance repairs, preventive maintenance, and preparing units for occupancy.

The technician will help manage inventory, follow safety guidelines, and coordinate with the Community Manager to address hazards and scheduling. 3+ years of maintenance experience and EPA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA 608 Type I, II, or Universal certification required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repairs and HVAC repairs.
• Own hand tools required.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and complete maintenance to company standards.
• Perform HVAC and appliance repairs and assist with make-readies.
• Identify hazards and report to manager; support safety programs.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment; participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure move-in readiness through coordination with the team.
