Job summary

BH Management, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Technician I to assist with oversight of physical assets and ensure resident satisfaction. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs, assist with apartment make-readies, and support preventive maintenance.

The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a working knowledge of HVAC. You will use your own hand tools and work under supervision to keep units move-in ready and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC. Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assists with maintenance requests and repairs to restore units.
• Performs preventive maintenance and assists with make-readies.
• Maintains property-issued tools and safety practices.
• Reports hazards and assists in safety compliance.
• Responds to resident requests per company standards.
• Shares on-call responsibilities and handles weather-related issues.
