Job summary

Mill Creek Residential in Kirkland, WA, seeks a Service Technician Level II (Make Ready) to maintain our community’s condition and appearance. You will identify problems, complete requests, and perform repairs to meet safety standards and resident expectations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus. Responsibilities include preparing apartments, inspecting units, and providing strong customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years in maintenance; multi-family experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs per Mill Creek safety standards.
• Thoroughly inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect for high quality work.
• Respond to resident requests with timely repairs and excellent customer service.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing regulations.
