Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily to maintain market-ready communities and lead on-site staff. You will assist the Property Manager with maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, forecasting, and reporting while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, maintaining resident files, and supporting revenue and occupancy goals across properties in Colorado. On-site work with some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred for the role.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ year of Management experience.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and lease administration.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
• Maintain residents' files and ensure a positive living environment.
• Assist leasing staff to meet marketing and leasing goals.
• Lead on-site team and enforce Cushman & Wakefield policies.
