Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Property Manager for a multifamily community, The Aurora. You will maintain market-ready operations, lead an on-site team, and ensure exceptional service to residents and prospects.

You will oversee maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, marketing, renewals, and vendor management, while upholding company policies and driving occupancy and revenue growth across the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 1+ years of Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
• Proficiency in office software and communication

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Property Manager with operations
• Oversee maintenance, budgets, leasing, marketing, and contracts
• Provide superior customer service to residents
• Lead on-site team and hire coaching
• Maintain resident files and living environment
• Manage community budget and financials
• Work with leasing staff to meet goals
