Job summary

The role covers operations, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and vendor management, with focus on renewal targets and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and vendor contracts.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to increase renewals and revenue.
• Lead and develop a high-performing on-site team to maximize engagement and reduce turnover.
• Manage budget and finances for the community and track performance against forecasts.
• Work with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
